We're looking for a dynamic, thoughtful, and creative person to join Kareracter Creative Studio as a graphic design intern this summer. If you’re a talented designer with a passion for branding and graphic design, we invite you to apply for Kareracter Creative Studio’s Junior Designer intern position.

This is a 12 week full time paid internship opportunity where you’ll learn the many stages that go into designing branded collateral and gain hands-on experience working alongside our creative director for our Kareracter Club accounts.

They will learn to interpret brand standards and mission in visual communication, and develop their professional work-style learning to attend meetings, meet deadlines, work from concepts and creative direction, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.



  • Must Reside in Chicago, IL

  • Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in college OR Recent Grad

  • Pursuing a degree in graphic design or related fields

  • Ability to commute to downtown Chicago

  • Must have a laptop computer with an active Adobe Creative Suite account

work hours

  • M-T-W mandatory in-person work days Chicago, IL.

  • Th-F remote days

  • Total expected hours per week: 25-30 hours


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects and/or Premiere

  • Able to interpret brand guidelines and understands the important role visuals play in storytelling

  • Experience with animation, creating GIFs and/or video editing

  • (+Plus) Experience with HTML, web design, website creation, and/or working in CRMs a plus

  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently on projects

  • A fast learner and someone who takes an initiative

  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively

  • Detail oriented, out-of-the-box thinker
