Within AAI sits the Arts Alliance Help Desk, a beacon for artists seeking direction, resources, and a sense of belonging. In partnership with Arts Alliance Illinois, Kareracter® reimaged that mission into a brand identity that feels as dynamic and empowering as the artists it serves.

We approached the Help Desk as a personality, not a service: approachable yet assured, resourceful yet refined, grounded in AAI's authority but lively in expression. The identity strikes a balance between clarity and character, giving the initiative its own distinct presence while remaining in harmony with the broader organization. 

Through a refreshed logo suite, custom iconography, and a flexible system of digital assets, we translated empowerment into a visual system that is vivid, modern, and unmistakably its own—turning a practical resource into a confident companion for the creative journey.
